
In Starburst Magazine issue 389, J.R. Southall conjectures that the almighty turkey that was Dimensions In Time (the BBC’s attempt at a 30th anniversary celebration for Doctor Who) may have sewn the seeds for the show’s ultimate and royal return in 2005. This, along with Steven Moffat’s Curse Of The Fatal Death for Comic Relief in 1999, worked to renew the public’s affinity with the show rather than allowing it to become something else entirely that may never have been resurrected.
