Way back when I was first asked to join Starburst Magazine’s Blue Box Podcast, I felt like I wanted to add something of my artistic output to the ‘cast, so I began to create some visual ID’s for each episode relating to the content featured within.

This didn’t last long as eventually I began to instead create monthly illustrations for the magazine itself. I’m not even sure whether many of these actually saw the light of day in any shape or form.

The illustration above was created to accompany postings for the very first episode of the BBP.
